If you wish to apply for membership to the TAMC in South Africa, you are invited to complete the following Membership Application form subject to the terms and conditions stated  and by completing and mailing this form with a fee of R50 per individual or R100 per family per annum, or R400 once off per individual (lifetime membership), payable to TAMC, to:
